Each little story outlines a scenario which is common for New Zealand tenants and landlords, and offers good advice and tips for a successful renting relationship.

Housing and Tenancy Services Information and Education Manager Jennifer Sykes says the videos really grab people’s imagination.

“They’re really entertaining and informative at the same time, and we think a lot of people are going to find these tips useful,” said Jennifer.
