Opening hours

Our phone line will close at 4pm on Friday, 24 December and will reopen at 8am on Wednesday, 5 January. We won’t be available over email during this time, but we’ll respond to email queries when we return.

We won’t be available on Facebook from 23 December until 11 January 2022.

You can still lodge your bonds online and submit your bond refund forms during this time. They’ll be processed when the team returns after the holiday period.
