Tenancy Tribunal and mediation services

Our offices which hold mediation services will close on Thursday 24 December at 3pm and reopen on Tuesday 5 January at 8:30am.

Lodging or refunding bonds

You can still lodge your bonds online, and submit your bond refund forms over this time.

It usually takes about 15 working days to refund a bond when a fully completed form is received.
