We have published these statistics to make it easy for anyone interested to access this information. There are no identifying details in the data.

The statistics are broken down into applications made by landlords and tenants for all of our dispute resolution services, including FastTrack Resolution, mediation and Tenancy Tribunal.

The Tenancy Services data and statistics(external link) page is updated quarterly, and currently has information on:

• the number of dispute applications received, and
• what those disputes were about.

In future, we will look to add to this section with further data about our regulatory activities, and other information about the rental market.
